Who we are
Secure Exchange is run by Drotta, a trading name of BRNB Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 15041952. By using it you agree to these terms.
The service
Secure Exchange is a free tool for sharing short secrets once. We aim to keep it available and working, but we provide it as it is, without any promise that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
What you mustn't do
- Send anything illegal, or use the service for phishing, scams, malware, harassment or to infringe anyone's rights.
- Try to break, overload or get around the service's security checks and limits, or create secrets by automated means.
- Try to open a secret that wasn't meant for you.
Your part
Anyone with both the link and the phrase can open a secret, so keep them safe and send them by different routes. We can't read or recover a secret, and we can't bring one back once it has been opened, destroyed, deleted, removed or has expired.
Removal
We may remove any secret reported for misuse, and block use of the service, without notice.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from use of the service, including a secret being opened by someone the sender didn't intend, lost, or deleted before it was read. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited under English law.
Changes and law
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
